SONGS
I began writing songs in 2012 and have since performed in intimate café settings, most often singing with piano accompaniment, or with ukulele when piano isn’t at hand. My lyrics mirror the way I connect with the world around me. In early 2025, I released my debut album Schraňovat věci v sobě. I compose in both English and Czech.
Schraňovat věci v sobě is my debut album, bringing together songs that reflect both deeply personal and universal themes. Some tracks address the dehumanization of civilians in Gaza and the broader issue of how people are stripped of their humanity. Others explore feminist perspectives, touching on the introjects imposed on women from childhood. Alongside these, the album includes spiritual songs reaching toward God with hope, as well as nostalgic and romantic pieces. It is a collection that moves between social commentary, faith, and intimate emotion.
